Where we come from.
Creation
PRETA S.A.S. was created to develop market-competitive services around digital payments and identity verification. The company is a spin-off and fully owned subsidiary of EBA CLEARING, the provider of pan-European payment infrastructure solutions currently owned by 48 of the major banks operating in Europe.
MyBank
MyBank is a scheme-based digital payment solution which enables citizens, businesses and Public Administrations to collect or pay online using credit transfers (SEPA/SEPA Instant) from their bank.
Open Banking Europe
The OBE directory provided a single, standardised, trusted, machine-readable source of all TPPs covered by PSD2 in Europe based on the regulatory data found in 31 national registers. OBE was acquired by Konsentus Ltd in January 2021.
Request to Pay +
RTP+ provides a framework for the execution of request-to-pay transactions in the end-to-end space, providing operational and business rules including certainty of the underlying payments.
